Bitcoin is already perfect in the way that it's digital scarcity, something that didn't exist before.
If you want a payment network, we already have Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, Apple pay, banknotes and coins and countless other ways of sensing value across space.
Bitcoin is not a global payment network, it's global settlement layer. It's THE ledger for the world. Not sure how you want to perfect this.
Show me where in the white paper that satoshi ever mentions store of value. You all have completely lost the plot. I've been fucking with Bitcoin longer than most of you. Most of you only discovered Bitcoin in the last few years and started obsessing over NGU because you wish for it to make you rich. The point was to enable financial freedom for everyone. All you care about is fiat gains.

Stating that Bitcoin is technology that needs evolution (not even RAPID evolution, mind you) shouldn't be seen as a statement worthy of derision, and the fact you retorted "lol buy bcash" in response to it is the exact reason I despised Bitcoin and prayed on its failure up until the last two to three years.
I don't think you actually give a shit about seeing Bitcoin widely adopted, and in fact PREFER it remain an exclusivity only those "in the know" are aware of and possess, because you only care about its monetary face value. You don't give a fuck about seeing its mass adoption, because to you that means it's no longer financially exclusive and in your gainful favor.
Bitcoin can take the best parts of Cash, and other privacy-preserving crypto, and become even better. Fuck off if you feel, or say otherwise.

What is "financial freedom" in your opinion?
You cannot be financially free and financially dependent. If I could increase my wealth more reliably investing in traditional assets I would. Number go up is still very important, that is the primary way I attain financial freedom.
Bitcoiners are superior on every front, including how we store our wealth. This is why the incentives are built the way they are. Nothing to do with "fiat gains", it's prosperous in whatever unit of accounting your choose.
