We already have sidechains, and nobody gives a shit about them. The idea that we could have all these noble scientists experimenting on one of only 256 sidechains slots is absurd. People don't create shitcoins, because they cant do it on bitcoin -- they shitcoin to scam people with a set of buzzwords surrounding an emergent technology.
