I don't want to judge whether BlackRock's application is good or not. However, it is important to look closely!

There is a passage in the SEC filing where Blackrock takes the right to decide what a "bitcoin" actually is, i.e. what the trust actually refers to, in contradiction to all trust holders, crypto exchanges and other market participants.

In short, BlackRock decides what is Bitcoin for them and what is not.
