They say the recipient signed that he got the package.
I now have to deal with them. Took me nearly an hour to request research. And research can take several weeks. Worst case my PayPal will be frozen for weeks if buyer opens a case.
If he signed that's all the proof you need.
And anything on paper that contradicts his story is enough to file a lawsuit!

But it’s so frustrating to have to deal with all of that just because someone wants to get your stuff for free.
