Morning of day 5/15

Smooth sailing. I am doing more than normal stretching and strength work these days, so that I minimize the loss of muscle mass.

Today I have a bit of a challenge, since I will go for a 90 km bike ride. Looking forward to seeing how it goes.

Today my energy levels are lower than the last days. Maybe because of yesterday's cycling. Not sure.

Other than that feeling good.
