Yes but I was looking more into this already before I had to come to Germany cause of family. The south of Spain is very rural and doesn't give the younger generation a lot of options. You either work at a local bar or your dad's finca or you move. There is some amazing villages one could revive and if you get a Gov grant and tax exclusion, imagine a town for developers, artists, anyone governed by a genuine and transparent town council. Free internet, electricity, water, mesh. You name it, it's all possible and generally Andalusia has more than 320 sunny days per year.
