I have a community here on Nostr called PrivateSociety and I've been trying to figure out how to establish a society fully based on private property, which ends up going through the system of laws and the possibility of establishing this in a decentralized way, that is, through individual integration, through consensus/ unanimous and independent of locations.
Some here are already developing an anonymous and decentralized contract project, but these are contracts maintained only by the enforcement of payments in Bitcoin (passed on or recovered, after the contract has been fulfilled) and not by the enforcement of loss of reputation or more direct penalties, which It is much more complicated to produce due to anonymity and decentralization.
