One of my #bitaxes reaches "high Temps" with the max being 72C. Default settings. Turned off auto fan control and moved it to 100%. Still hitting up to 72C at points and still getting the high temp warning in #AxeOS.

My others are humming away at 53C - 62C. Default settings. Same location. No high temp warning in AxeOS.

Swapped locations, maybe it's just a hot spot in the area, nope. Still doing the same sitting in my window sil with ice cold air coming from the window.

Other than putting new paste on the chip, what would you do to increase the longevity of this device? #asknostr

Hey did you ever figure this out? I was having the same issue. Turns out it was a bad connection with my fan. I just had to make sure the cable was at a certain angle. 🤦‍♂️
