I haven't seen this type of request before, where can I read the proposal before I decide if I want to accept it?

No idea, I just noticed a small typo in one word and corrected it. I'm using Amethyst. Not sure how it looks in other clients or even how it looks when someone edits *my* posts and proposes an update.
