First time fasting?

I did a few longer ones before, as well as regular interval fasting.

Nice! Just experimenting with it or what's the goal? Best effects for me come around 48-72 hours in.

How you feel?

Normal. When I fast regularly, my body seems to be metabolically flexible and doesn't freak out when nothing comes in. It is used to using fat for energy. For example I do 1 - 1.5 hrs of cardio most mornings in a fasted state.

If I try water fasting after weeks of a high carb diet, I'd feel pretty bad.

30 days is my longest fast so far. Did it a year and a half ago and dropped 50 lbs and was able to successfully keep the weight off afterwards. I only drank water and took a multivitamin once a day
