I logged into my router and see my umbrel ip so i think its my SD. How would i figure out if i need a new SD or can reflash the one i already have?

well, what issue are you having? if it's getting an IP address then your SD is working at least enough for it to finish a boot. maybe docker containers didn't start up? i've fixed a few docker issues for people before. are you comfortable using command line?
