Is there a bill in the TxLeg to allow the state to buy Bitcoin? I haven't heard of one. The article mentions, "It [Texas] may soon use Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset to leverage its guaranteed decoupling from an unstable world..." But I havent seen any movement in that direction.
