As I walk past a local homeless camp, one of many in my city. Im reminded that things can be worse. But also remember that I am where I am because a collection of decisions Ive made in the past.

My future is a collection of decisions I will continue to make.

Yes I’m fortunate. But I am NOT Lucky. I worked fucking Hard to keep and maintain my mental and physical health.

I help others by helping myself and keeping a positive attitude and making a positive impact wherever and whenever I can afford to give my energy away.
