I’ve gone a very long time without caffeine. What helped me was: pure hot chocolate 🍫 w/ chili 🌶️, peppermint tea in mornings & hibiscus tea during caffeine cravings. There is adaptogenic mushroom powder too, that rivals coffee - especially sprinkled with hemp, cacao nibs & goji berries.

Açaí is a huge energizer too!
