No, the bill of rights constrains congress from passing laws, not the Manhattan DA from writing letters to private companies asking them to change their policies.
That said, it'd be cool if there was a Nostr based platform for sharing stl files.

Stls are just files. #stl + #3dprint + any download link is a fine start. It's nice to preview and make collections but the more minimal this kind of site the better. The newer ones are mostly manufacturer lock-in plays.
