This statement was made by a Pfizer spokesman over 2 years ago at an EU meeting run by EU members who were sceptics, but seems to have only bubbled up as fact from the main corrupt, technocratic machinery now that its less of an issue given all the other shenanigans the EU is currently embroiled in. What a time to be alive!
