Can I give you a photographer tip I picked up?

On your phone. Doesn't matter iphone android doesn't matter.
You can tap and hold to focus on something and it'll auto expose and everything. You can even adjust it with a little slider more or less exposure if you like it darker or lighter.
But one you have it tapped out that is auto exposing to the cloud or whatever you clicked.
At that point of you take your sunglasses especially if they're polarized, you can put them over your lens and give the sky that nice dark blue feel but it'll auto expose the cloud back to perfect white.

Works great for sunsets and making things have rainbows in them...
I keep wanting to comment on progress sunset pictures then I'm like... Wait an I giving away trade secrets? Am I making it harder for myself to make money?
But it can be the difference between this

And if you take those little trucks with other learned tricks you can get things like this
