it sounds like a ponzi scheme. it's the opposite of value4value. my feed is full of people opportunistically boosting posts. it incentivises meaningless noise on nostr. unless I completely misunderstand what it is, which was the purpose of my question...
if someone spams they're just gonna risk losing followers. there can be an equilibrium where only meaningful stuff are pushed
