I don't know. I know almost nothing about the world of domain hosting and DNS. All I know is that I bought a domain through Google Domains and now would like to get it out. If you have a better idea for where I should move my domains please tell me.

I don’t unfortunately, I can only tell you that cloudflare is one of the most sus companies on the internet, they spy on a ton of ppl.
