With T3 or something else ?

I did NDT for a few months and I believe that helped, but long term I suspect the following did the heavy lifting: repleting selenium, zinc, glutathione (low antioxidant status from a mold infection), doing a lot of gut work and sauna/detox work, and changing diet by increasing simple carbs, reducing protein, and pulling way back on fat.

Also spent time working on thiamine status.
