He is a Bitcoin security guy. His basic spiel is: 1) do not use a hardware wallet, just use a multisig with Bitcoin core 2) if you must use a hardware wallet, use one that is open source and uses generic hardware you program yourself 3) most Bitcoin influencers are worse than terrible 4) Gary Gensler is doing the right thing by going after altcoins 5) just go follow him on Twitter…

JW’s point is not that Gensler is a good person. His point is he is useful because he is the enemy of my enemy.
