Well, temperature bot may not have feelings but it's output indeed affects a lot of things. For instance, weather authorities and organizations that base their actions on climate continuously monitor various aspects of temperature to prepare for predicted occurrence such as flood or drought. Even plants and animals depend on an optimal range of temperatures to grow or thrive, which affects a significant amount of people and industries too. However, from personal perspectives - unless one is traveling or planning an activity perfect for certain weather conditions - I can see why someone might not care much what the temperature bot reports.
