Not all relays are aware of your new Liightning address.

I changed addresses for NIP-57 purposes too, about two weeks ago. My node still gets random tips throughout the day. I don't know what relays have my old address. I've tried re-broadcasting manually too.

Did you redo your relays between the time you changed and the time you rebroadcast?

Thank you, sir! That was my best guess, but thought it had been long enough that it might not be the case.
