Question: How many of us arr actively purple-pilling and orange-pilling family and friends? I personally see this protocol as a cool, early thing that I might casually tell others about, but that's it. Perhaps NOSTR's "then suddenly" phase will kick in when Tiktok is banned in the US and all other platforms only get worse beyond a tipping point?

Perhaps we should let the platform naturally grow by personally inviting our family and friends to it? Set them up with Damus, Amethyst, Primal, etc. Perhaps we also set up their lightning addresses and regularly zap them for encouragement?
Yh, it seems to be full of niche discussions atm. It’s missing the slop rampant on X funnily enough. Big selling point I always tell people is the whole zap thing
The beauty of NOSTR is that the simple, scaleable, yet decentralized and Open-Source protocol can definitely allow for the trolling, brainrot, and mindslop that X is known for, but it will also always facilitate honest, quality, creative content; with us always having the option to mute the former.
