So climate change, capitalism and Donald Trump are to be blamed for the fires in California, right?

Things like state decision on cutting budget for maintainence, focusing on DEI instead of firefighting abilities, no plans/preparations for bigger fires, empty water reservoir in fire season and not maintaining the environment properly had nothing to do with it, am I correct?
