Why?
If you don't already have a secure method of obtaining BTC, without KYC, it's especially difficult to do so now.
But!
I am curious as to your recommendations for KYC -free BTC.

I always thought the UX was great
I never successfully purchased BTC through robosats, that is where my lackluster experience is derived.
Made many offers, no takers.
Privacy is less convenient for sure. You have to check often for an offer or adjust the premium.
Then there's the aspect of the lightning network. Unreliable and a beginner is apt to lose funds attempting to self custody on lightning.
Mainchain BTC is great, it at least it was until all the "Bitcoin Improvement Proposals", really messed things up.
Trade monero for it then and you can use boltz.exchange to convert the lightning immediately into base chain bitcoin

XMR is my emergency fund. I mine it through CPUs, all very private.
I no longer hold any BTC, as it's become cumbersome.
BTC is on its way to become the ultimate in monetary value.
At some point, owning BTC will paint a target on the owner's back.
Remember, BTC is pseudo anonymous, and special measures must be taken to preserve privacy.

I was genuinely curious about non KYC BTC, but it's still the same thing as before I left the Bitcoin tribe. No innovation. I was hoping for a different solution other than robosats.
