First viewing went well 30 min last night. Closed out window and requested additional viewing to finish. Got email for that and new link. Had to try a few times with the 'Play Video' and the 'Watch Now' buttons on the indee site. Just looked like video was loading but not playing. I tried in Chrome browser instead of Firefox and that worked!
