being able to punish your government in meat space ("layer 0") by escaping into bitcoin and taking your productivity elsewhere is the same dynamic as forcing cooperation from LN channel counterparties

Anything that relates to L1 consensus can only be derived from these dynamics

if it doesn't rely on the individual's ability to validate and force cooperation on L1, it's not Bitcoin. might as well have a 1000-of-1000 multisig
