a simple algorithm will suffice:
-if lab abnormality attempt to fix using a pharmaceutical
-if adverse events occur, attempt to fix using a pharmaceutical
-if physical or mental ailment arises, attempt to fix using a pharmaceutical
Which pharmaceutical? Whichever drug rep has the biggest food budget, obviously
