the milk is also good, especially if you ferment it with the juices found inside a baby cow's gut.

no need to kill a baby cow for it though, plenty of already growing cultures. i'm brewing my yoghurt right now from a tiny little cup-worth of yoghurt i bought from the store.

the same culture can be used on any kind of milk from mammals too.

it's a symbiotic pair also, one eats lactose, the other eats protein, and the end result is natural BCAAs and MCTs.

i have been finding my gut gurgles a lot less since i went from just milk to more or less just yoghurt.
