In the 1990 film “Pretty Woman”, Richard Gere’s car was a Lotus Esprit after both Ferrari and Porsche had refused to allow their cars to be used in a film associated with prostitution. As a result of the product placement, Lotus sales had tripled.
The most amusing part is how often Porsche and Ferrari ARE used in relation to prostitution 🤣🤣🤣
