I can't sleep with Airpods in, I wish I could do I could listen to calming music or sleep sounds that way, but they just irritate my ears anytime I wear them more than 1 hour at a time.
I’ve been doing 1 in one ear and I hardly notice it. But I try not to sleep with them.
I also have the pros too, which are bigger. If I got some of the regular ones that might be ok. Probably not good for your ears either.
I also sleep on my side sometimes, but it's weird I can't fall asleep unless I'm on my back but sometimes I move to my side while I sleep.
