That's the chilli jam made. Well if it sets it is, if not its a dipping sauce 🤣🤣

Recipe as follows :-
3 chilli
2 cloves of garlic
1 pepper
500g sugar (or jam sugar)
300 mil of red wine vinegar
Pectin if not using jam sugar.
I've doubled up in the pics because I'm making a large batch 😉
Put sugar in a pan with the vinegar over a low heat to dissolve the sugar.
Rough chop the chili, garlic and pepper and blend to a rough paste.
Once the sugar has dissolved add chilli mix and turn down the heat. As the mixture comes to the boil spoon of the scum.
Add pectin if not using jam sugar.
Boil for 15 minutes.
Take off the heat, let it cool for 10 minutes and then pour into sterilised jars that have been warmed in an oven.
