That's the hardcore way to do it, I did it myself. Nonetheless, I think most people can't handle it and that's why I recommend a slower transition lasting around 6-8 weeks. It feels damn good not to be a slave to food anymore, but I do know that if I'm around bread for too long, I'll eventually eat it. Some addictions never go away completely for some.
