Where in the CashApp sending process does it allow me to control fees?

usually, transactions are done faster but one risks paying higher trans fees, using other apps

but with CashApp, no option to speed up trans, and it's only getting worse, as in hopeless case

Seems to be. I have no issue bumping my fees to pay noderunners. They should add this as an option on lightning.
