Bitcoin units are not divisible. When someone says "fractions of a sat" they are lying or ignorant.
I don’t agree with you would be more polite instead of calling me an ignorant. Even if I don’t share your same opinion I still respect you.
Maybe I can also help you with your ignorance about the meaning of "ignorant" , which is not an insult, even if it makes you feel bad.
I do not respect people that say incorrect things then act as is if they know better.
