If we can force everyone to carry around digital vaccination certificates we can vote digitally on tamperproof system with real time polling statistics too.

This implies the federal reserve is somehow directly connected to the political voting system. The Fed is a private for profit institution totally separate from the political process. I want to see an open source blockchain voting system where votes can be publicly audited by anyone.
