We are nearly at the point that if something interesting is posted on a centralized social platform it will usually be posted by someone to nostr.

We are nearly at the point that if something interesting is posted exclusively to nostr it is cross posted by someone to various centralized social platforms.

We are nearly at the point that you can recommend a cross platform app that users can install and easily onboard without additional guides or resources.

As companies continue to build walls around their centralized platforms nostr posts will be the easiest to cross reference and verify - as companies continue to censor their users nostr is the best censorship resistant alternative - gradually then suddenly nostr will become the standard. 🫡

Isn't cross pollination of posts just another example of engagement at any cost?

After the last episode of RHR I'm at a total loss to believe anything on social media which IS the mainstream media these days.

It's all fucked and the only thing I can verify as trustworthy is the transactions six blocks deep. Anything other than that is a mindfuck.

I chose to do my part, I heart and react to posts, and post news I find interesting here. I'm usually a lurker but we need to spread nostr far and wide. Nostr needs more news to bring educational content in line with pictures of steaks and sunsets.
