My opinion is that USA doesn't equal America. America is a continent that has many countries. To me that says a lot about the mindset of these people...

Or nationalist
Interesting choice of words and both fit. But clearly ethnocentrist describes it better. Maybe the term US exceptionalism is more mainstream.
