I go where people are :) But sure, Jellyfin is better.

Harder to run, needs a gpu for transcoding. And can it be run as a client app or does it always need a server backend?

Torrent apps definatelly seed from Android directly. Maybe all we need to do is to add Nostr to uTorrent :)
