Is #Bitcoin the Mark of the Beast?

I had a discussion with a Christian friend of mine about why he should buy Bitcoin. He had concerns that Bitcoin was fulfilling biblical prophecy and is the mark mentioned in scripture.

Any #Christian Bitcoiners out there that can weigh in on this claim?

Yeah, tell him to convert to Catholicism, so that he doesn't spend sleepless nights wondering if a software program is haunted by demons.

Tell him to ask a priest to exorcize his Bitcoin wallet with some holy water, or something.
