An excellent review on why glutathione is the master antioxidant and how its depletion leads to ferroptosis, an important cause of many diseases.

Biohacks:

- take food rich in, or supplement with, glycine, NAC and selenium to maximize your glutathione levels

- prevent ferroptosis by eliminating seed oils (except black seed oil). Keep your ferritin levels at ~100ug/dL by regularly giving blood or taking blood chelators such as quercetin, curcumin, EGCG.
