Nostr.wine is just a normal paid relay (one time paid to write fee 18888).

Filter.nostr.wine is a public relay aggregator/broadcaster with a lot of additional functionality that costs 10,000 sats per month. When you sign up to nostr.wine, we give you a free 1 month trial to filter.nostr.wine. After that, you need to add time to continue using filter.nostr.wine.

You will continue having write access to nostr.wine regardless. We may eventually move nostr.wine to a subscription but for now it’s still a one time payment.
