In fact, most savvy investors seek out lucrative cashflows perhaps more than simply investment appreciation.
Tolls should provide a steady cash flow over the life of the road and ideally once Bitcoin becomes the universal monetary standard one would suspect it wouldn't appreciate as dramatically as it has in the past.
