Is there any service indexing everything broadcasted on #nostr, to ease discovery of people or content?
It can't index everything because Nostr does not provide consistency.

Maybe at least a full list of all accounts seen on relays?
Some relays are permissionned even in read only. But I assume we can have a a best effort list
