This article from the Irish National Propaganda Bureau (RTE) is fucking mind boggling.

The basic thrust of it is:

"Gen Z may benefit from Europe's declining birth rate as there will be fewer young people to inherit houses and more for them to inherit"

Bear in mind that RTE is going to be paid a billion euro over the next couple of years to produce this fucking garbage.
