Next time tho, I will remove the casing and make a crispy patty. That is my favorite way to prepare. I was in a rush lol

I see you also have some Dijon?

Yeah to balance out the sweet 😊 I wasn't sure how I would like the sweet but it was good. It balanced out the spicy of the boudin.

Mustard is the best condiment there is. The most underrated condiment on the whole list.

Ketchup - gross

Bbq - usually too sugar

Mayo - very particular kinda gross

Relish- get a job

Heinz 57 - 2nd best kinda mustard adjacent

Soy sauce - only for white rice

Sriracha- very pin holed a little volatile

1000 island - majority no, maybe a Ruben

😂 I like this but disagree with mayo as a generalized category. Have you made your own? Storebought is gross.

As an American, I have come to know that our sauce selection is SAD! Lol. The Dutch also have garlic sauce, which I love and you might, too! I skip the sugar in this recipe but maybe experiment and see.

I like mayo in egg salad materials and on a little burger but that's about it.

I love a pan of g-beef and eggs like you
