You heard wrong. BlueWallet is ending their custodial node. The wallet works fine with imported lndhub wallets including LN.tips, Alby, and Umbrel.

When you set up LN.tips with BlueWallet you can manage it outside of Telegram.

We just added to our group and are orange pilling Surinamese locals with it 🥳
