Delicious, isn’t it? Highly recommend eating it with apples.

honestly 5/10, nothing special
it's not bad but i don't get the hype about it
I think it’s mostly a familiar, comfort food to a lot of people in the US. It’s not a revelation on its own (especially if you’ve had other nut butters before) but if you get a pure one, it does pair perfectly with many foods (bananas, dates, apples, chocolate, etc. ).
For how clean it is (if pure that is, it’s very high in fats and protein), it doesn’t make sense to compare it to other spreads (salted caramel, praliné, hazelnut chocolate, dulce de leche, spéculos, etc. ). But it’s very versatile and close enough is the mouthfeel that you could tell yourself you’re having something very indulgent.
Look at me making the case for PB.
Anyway, you’re right, it is just mixed nuts. 😂 If you haven’t already, try it with some medjoul dates and walnuts, and if you want a superior nut butter, try pistachio butter. ✨
okay
you got me at pistachio butter
🤔
