Well I did have a question, as stated below, how or where exactly do I check whether or not I have such relays?

So that information is sent by the relay itself, but it is usually incorrect. Your best chance is to talk to he relay operator running the service to understand which types of posts he/she accept from which accounts (paid, unpaid).
Ah, there's no way to check this myself perse? Ok, I will check with all my non-default relay operators in that case. Thanks!
